Thus people get deprived from their rights. Here comes the significance of the study of REFLECT which main objective is to empower the impoverished and marginalized people. This empowerment needs to be follow by some steps, such as diagnosing problems, defining their connotations and characters, find out the possible solutions and finally solving it. REFLECT is an innovative approach as it founds the foundation of empowerment in people. Here education also plays a crucial role. But that's not the traditional type of education through which the change can come. Reflective education begins working by selecting problems. So, it is seen practically that reflection is needed for the proper empowerment of impoverished population.
