This study investigated the Impact of Rice Production on Revenue Generation and Job Creation in Kaduna state, Nigeria from the period 1980-2016. The idea behind this study is to lend support to Rice production as a means of diversification, Generation and create Job opportunity to the teaming population of Revenue Kaduna state in which Kaduna state has comparative advantage. In the case of Kaduna State, labour is in abundance and this suggests that Rice production will Generate revenue and create jobs. This assertion was tested using the Auto-regressive redistributed Lag (ARDL) . The results revealed that Rainfall, Hectares of land cultivated, fertilizer consumption, credit to farmers, government expenditures determine rice production, increase revenue and reduces the rate of youth unemployment for the period under study. The confirmation of Philips curve hypothesis in the case of Nigeria exist since the rate of inflation reveals a negative correlation. Promoting a peaceful environment through government expenditures and credit facility to farmers are essential ingredients to reduce youth unemployment through Rice production.
