Autor

Julius completed his BEcon (Economics) at the University of Namibia (UNAM) in 1997. He went on to obtain a BCom Honours cum laude in 2004 and a masters degree in Economics at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 2007. His experience has involved extensive economic research.
