This research, using system dynamics methodology, investigates the impact of supply disruption between any two players on performance of a multiplayer supply chain system comprising Retailer, Wholesaler, Distributor and Factory. A general theory of disruption propagation, downstream and upstream, from the point of disruption has been developed.
