This study aims to explore impact of teachers¿ qualification, teaching practices, medium of instructions and professional development on quality of education. In this study it is also observed what kind of work has been done on above mentioned variables and also observed key results of different researchers in this regard. A quantitative technique has been used to find out the relationship and impact of above mentioned variable. As the quantitative method of research is used so questionnaire was developed to be filled by the targeted audience who are primary school teachers in private sector of Pakistan. Respondents of the questionnaire are consisted of both the genders, male and female. Total respondent of 144 and they returned the questionnaire in time. After filling the questionnaire a detailed and comprehensive analysis is done in which regression is also used. It is observed that what kind of impact is exists of teachers¿ qualification, teaching practices, medium of instructions and activities for professional development taking experience as moderator. At the end of this study conclusion is drawn with the help of finding and limitations and future recommendations.
