Ghada Awada est professeur et consultante à l'Université américaine de Beyrouth et à l'Université libanaise américaine. Elle est experte en conception de programmes d'études, en rédaction de manuels et en formation des enseignants. Hassan Diab, vice-président de l'AUB, a été nommé ministre de l'éducation et de l'enseignement supérieur au sein du cabinet libanais. Mme Kawthar Faour est défenseur de l'éducation aux droits de l'homme.
