The work provides the possibility of being used for the preparation of various activities, delivering to the reader, relevant content for the formalizations of these. Because it is a subject in constant evolution, the current comparison with the future evolution will make new researches and inventions possibly be created. Notwithstandingdiscussions, the theme reports how criminal law deals with this advance embedded in society, all via the factors highlighted in this coexistence between both subjects.
