Dr. lady Julie Nnoli is a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe in Anambra State, Nigeria. She teaches Chemistry at both NCE and degree levels. She has M.Sc and P.h.D in Chemistry Education; PGDPA and MPA in public Administration. She contributed in many books and published articles in academic journals.
