Nowadays, sustainable development is a common goal for regional development around the world. With fast economic development, most developing countries have experienced rapid urbanization process, which has exerted comprehensive impact on social-economical development, and changed the pattern, composition and urban landscape of cities significantly. Therefore, it is of great importance to understand relationships between urban landscape dynamics and social-economical development, and to assess the impact of urbanization on sustainability of cites.
