It was carried out in the facilities of the elements commissioned at the road checkpoint. Some of the factors that most affect perishable products during transportation are military inspections, followed by federal inspections, as well as road infrastructure, phytosanitary inspections and toll booths. Perishable products are of great importance to the nation's economy, since Mexico is a major exporter of vegetables and fruits, but there have been complaints from perishable cargo carriers, mainly due to delays at military checkpoints.
