Autorenporträt
Scott S. Barker is a 1970 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and has a Masters Degree in Russian History from Oxford University, England where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. He then served as an Air Force intelligence officer for five years including tours in Southeast Asia and the Pentagon. In 1978 he resigned his commission in the Air Force and attended Harvard Law School from which he graduated with honors in 1981.
