Alan Brache, Partner and Executive Vice President at Kepner-Tregoe, has been a consultant and executive for over twenty-five years. He specializes in strategy formulation and implementation, business process improvement, and human performance management. He is the author of two ground-breaking books: the best-selling Improving Performance: How to Manage the White Space on the Organization Chart (co-authored with Geary Rummler/Jossey-Bass, 1995) and the critically-acclaimed How Organizations Work: Taking a Holistic Approach to Enterprise Health (John Wiley, 2002). He has also published over 25 articles in business magazines.
