This research work is a contribution for all professionals involved in the Safety and Occupational Health Areas of their company or company in the mining sector, in which the problematic reality of a large mining company located in the highlands of Peru is analyzed and, based on it, the Occupational Safety and Health Management System was designed. This phenomenon is a global paradigm that seeks to protect the most valuable resource of any economic activity: the human being.
