The present work aims to contribute to the development of mathematical competences, with the implementation of a virtual learning environment, through the moodle platform: it was used to create online teaching spaces and to manage, distribute and control all non face-to-face formative activities in order to improve learning processes, contributing as a support for the subject of Mathematics and facilitating the general and specific development of the students of the eleventh grade of the IPGB. The objective of this study is the implementation of a virtual learning environment as a support for the teaching and learning process of Mathematics. It highlights a personalized learning experience, improving students' mathematical skills from a learning model based on interaction, promoted by the mediation of computer resources, motivating a high level of satisfaction of teachers and students and addressing the contents, both in the representation of concepts and in the development of problem solving skills for meaningful learning.
