Healthy habits and emotions are an essential part in the formation of children and the routines that are built at home and strengthened at school. Few understand the relationship between one and the other, highlighting that mental health and emotion management transcends the fact that children are able to articulate healthy practices as routines throughout their lives. The intervention proposal addressed within this specialization, aimed at implementing a virtual learning object, which will strengthen healthy habits and emotions in the children of the 101st National Pedagogical Institute.The selected methodology was framed within a qualitative approach, and as stages of development of the exercise we proceeded as first aspect to inquire in the students through a diagnosis their pre-knowledge on the subject, followed by the design of the OVA in the ExeLearning tool, which was nourished with various auditory, visual and practical resources; built this, the implementation process was made, to finish with the evaluation of the learning acquired with the exercise.
