Berita Singoro est candidate au doctorat en planification et gestion de l'éducation à l'université des sciences et technologies de Masinde Muliro. Ses recherches ont permis d'acquérir de nouvelles connaissances susceptibles d'améliorer la gestion des affaires académiques dans les universités et de rehausser la qualité de l'éducation. Elle est directrice adjointe de l'école secondaire Kimugui girls.
