The book investigated the secondary school principals perceptions on implementing ICT in Khomas Education schools. School principals are required to implement the reform development by government and the school principals are challenged to make full use of ICT in their teaching and learning environment. The book proposes The Rogers Diffusion of Innovation Model to locate the school principals perceptions for the innovation and change. Four main categories have been identified. Data collection has been analyzed by document analysis, interviews and observations. The findings have shown lack of skills and knowledge of school principals perceptions in usage and application of the new innovation towards the progress of their schools.
