The monograph considers the main problems and prospects of introduction and implementation of public-private partnership principles to optimise the health care system, forms of public-private partnership, proposed basic models of public-private partnership in the health care of the republic. On the territory of most post-Soviet states, including the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter - KR), the formation and development of market economy and new economic relations is going on at different rates. The economies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (hereinafter - CIS) countries are striving for greater integration with Western democracies, and there is an urgent need for structural changes and closer interaction between the state and the private sector. This interaction is also formed on such a platform as PPP, which has recently acquired a very significant role, acting in the eyes of the international community as one of the most effective and promising structural components for thesuccessful implementation of various investment projects, including those in the health sector.
