Autorenporträt
Ralph Pirozzo, founder and managing director of Promoting Learning International, has worked for 25 years to develop a planning matrix that incorporates educational theories and research into a practical learning and thinking tool. Having formerly worked as a secondary science teacher in Canada and Australia, Ralph is a well-known author on subjects such as improving thinking, cooperative learning, differentiation and building a Culture of Higher Order Thinking. Since 1997, more than 45000 teachers have attended his workshops and Ralph has provided professional development programs to over 1000 schools, colleges and universities in Australia, China, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK. He has received multiple honours and awards for his work as an educator and now devotes his time writing articles, units and books aimed at supporting primary and secondary teachers to unlock & maximise their students' learning potential.
