Francis Stanley Sikanyika is a Teacher and Professional Counsellor. He is serving in the Ministry of General Education (Zambia) as Guidance and Counselling Teacher; Zonal Special Education Coordinator at Bwalya Mponda Secondary School in Lunga District, Luapula Province. He holds a Master of Science in Counselling from the Univ. of Zambia.
