This book aims to help material designers and language teachers to be familiar with different situations in educational settings and to overcome shortcomings of teaching and learning activities in educational environments. In addition, it helps syllabus designers to prepare the needed knowledge for learners in which they could strengthen their reading comprehension ability while reading a second language text. The present book also includes a case study in which the author as a researcher carried it out to show the importance of reading comprehension program in technology universities where the learners need to acquire the general and technical reading skill in order to understand the technical English passages as their knowledge input.
