The Escuela Quiteña de Estudios Biblicos, in Quito Ecuador, has spent the last twenty years equipping students in practical and theological skills for ministry in Latin America. However, graduates were trained for jobs that received little to no financial remuneration in this missional frontier. Besides the few exceptional cases, they were faced with the option either to embrace ministry in a bi-vocational manner (for which they are unprepared) or hope for support from the United States. The following project is EQEB s journey to broaden its understanding of vocation, and challenge these restraints placed on the expansion of the Gospel.
