The purpose of the study from whose findings this book originated from, therefore was to evaluate FPE policy on the utilization of learning resources in Bungoma East District of Bungoma County. The book discusses the findings of the study that established the attitudes of the stakeholders; assessed how the resources are evaluated for effectiveness of the instructional process, teacher preparedness and difficulties experienced in implementing the policy on acquisition and utilization of resources in primary schools. This work originated from the masters degree thesis at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.
