Ouida was born in Cheney, Washington. She was raised in Indiana for the majority of her life. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indiana in 2009. Ouida received her Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016 in which she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
