Isokova Gulmira Shavkatovna wurde am 21. Mai 1994 in Bukhara, Usbekistan, geboren. Sie hat an der Staatlichen Universität Buchara einen Master-Abschluss als Tourismusmanagerin (Forscherin-Lehrerin) erworben. Seit Januar 2022 arbeitet sie als Lehrerin an der Fakultät für Tourismus und Hotelmanagement der Staatlichen Universität Buchara.
