Poziljanov Xumoyunmirzo nasceu em 5 de fevereiro de 2002 na região de Andijan, na República do Uzbequistão. Em 2020, ele entrou na Universidade Estadual de Andijan com bolsa de estudos. Até agora, é autor de mais de 30 artigos científicos internacionais, locais e 1 Guia de Estudos.
