The book presents the material devoted to the topical problem in rural schools, the issues of students' vocational guidance to working professions of the agrarian sector. The theoretical basis for the organization of career guidance in rural schools for agricultural occupations at the regional level is considered. Psychological and pedagogical characteristics of basic school students in rural areas as the basis for socio-pedagogical activity of a teacher is presented. Also, the issue of development of modern vocational guidance of rural youth, in the conditions of intensive development of Russian village has been studied. The scientific novelty of the developed model of the system-activity approach to the organization to improve career guidance in rural schools for working professions of the agrarian sector, allows objectively considering the study as a scientific work in the organization of career guidance in rural schools for agrarian professions of the Novosibirsk region. Organization of external interaction of rural school with the structures, interested in the implementation of the national and federal project in the issues of vocational guidance of rural youth on working professions of agrarian sector, demanded in the labor market in the Novosibirsk region.
