The present research study was performed in the format of an action research that was conducted among the group of teachers in the elementary school. At the focus of the research study there is experience in the process of group coaching among the fellow teachers. In the research framework I sought to examine the teachers' experience in the coaching process with its characteristics and products, including the impact on the academic achievement of the students, since the research format was based on the assumption regarding the optimization of the student-teacher communication as a result of the coaching program that will be expressed in the measures of the students' achievements. The main motivation of the participants in the program was to maintain a reciprocal learning framework for the needs of the improvement of their educational activity while on the level of the participants' expectations they perceived the coaching program among fellow teachers as a joint work format that entails potential of support and empowerment.
