Payziev G. K. was born on October 15, 1956 in the Kasansay district of the Namangan region. In 1977-1982 he studied at the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Agricultural Machinery. Since 1983, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Agricultural Mechanization of the Namangan Civil Engineering Institute.
