The purpose of this study was to improve electro-technology workshop arrangement and facilities for optimal performance of technical training so as to create a conducive environment for teaching learning process. To achieve the purpose of the study, descriptive survey research design was employed. In the study, the data is collected from 9 trainers and 61 selected Hawassa Tegbaread polytechnic college. The study provides the way to strengthen Electrical/Electronic trainees and trainer by acquiring the available workshop arrangement to electro-technology department. The study also revealed that 2(3.303%) respondents were says Yes and 64 (96.97%) says No in the questionnaire. This implies that digitalization of electro-technology workshop is necessary to provide electrical/electronic software training. Since there is well organized experimental motor controller board, the skill gap of trainer overcame and electrical computer work shop is ready to do the experiment after implementation the performance of trainees increased. The rate of failure in COC examination conducted in 2024 is minimized. About 85% of trainees pass in instrumentation and control servicing.
