In this book, we explore in detail the issues and challenges facing logistics in Morocco. Located at the crossroads of Europe and Africa, Morocco occupies a strategic position in international trade. However, despite its geographical advantages, Morocco faces major obstacles to its competitiveness in the logistics sector. We examined data from a logistics performance index (LPI) and found that Morocco was lagging behind its Mediterranean and international competitors. In the course of our work, we identified three main areas of impediment: infrastructure, inter-organizational relations and ongoing reforms. While Morocco has made significant progress in modernizing its infrastructure, it still needs to overcome these obstacles to improve its overall logistics performance.
