The monograph is devoted to the development of improved technology for cleaning cotton - raw from fine litter, as well as the development of effective designs of the working bodies of cotton cleaners from fine litter. The theoretical foundations of cotton cleaning technology using a mesh surface in the form of a multifaceted prism are given. The results of complex technological experiments of the influence of the parameters of the mesh and ring drum with multifaceted pegs according to the cleaning effect are presented; full-factor experiments determined the necessary system parameters. The results of tensometric experiments to determine the loading and vibrations of the multifaceted mesh of a cotton cleaner from fine litter are presented.
