This Action Research began with a problem of poor management of time. The research sought ways of solving this problem to benefit both teachers and students by creating knowledge of improving time utilization. The results of some action research can be applied outside the problem area where similar situations exist. Action Research is purposeful activity and this particular research addressed management of instructional time in the selected school. It applied quantitative research methodology using first and second year classes and their teachers. Results indicated serious problems the school had in managing instructional time. The designed intervention of time schedules was effective and easy to conduct. Educational adminstrators and policy makers can review this research and its outcomes to formulate time management policies for all high schools in the country, to ensure that students receive the best attention for quality education in the country. Other developing countries can adopt the intervention to suit their local schools. I recommend this research and its findings to all heads of public and private schools and educational administrators.
