This work seeks, with simple language, bring to the reader a bibliographic knowledge of the Administration, focused on the area of Human Resources, dealing with one of its objectives, that of retaining talent in an organization. And as a complement, in order to achieve certain success, the text addresses the theme of the existing generations in the labor market, making the reader reflect on possible actions that can contribute to the retention of talent, especially for Generation Y.
