What do you do when you can't seem to "get it together"? Have you been struggling with issues like low self-esteem, fear of failure, loneliness; maybe even issues with health, or relationships that don't seem to work? Are you searching for answers outside of yourself? You'll never find them. Do you know why? Because they're not there. This book is a journey about forgiving and accepting yourself, exactly as you are. It's about knocking on the door that keeps slamming in your face and having the resiliency to bounce back, no matter what. Most of all, it's about loving yourself unconditionally, because self-love is not selfish love, but the only kind of love you'll ever need. Without it, nothing works; when you find it, everything falls into place.
