Andrew Heffernan is the award-winning author of over 200 articles and two books. His work has appeared in MEN'S HEALTH, EXPERIENCE LIFE, and MUSCLE AND FITNESS, among many other outlets. Andrew is is also a fitness coach, a teacher of theater, and an actor whose work has been seen onstage, on television, and in movies since the 1990s. For ten years, he has been part of a writing group led by Bruce Gelfand. This book of poetry, his first, emerged primarily from his work in those classes.
