Luis A. Aguilar Monsalve, Ph. D. He is Member of the Ecuadorian Academy of Language. He has published more than thirty books including short stories, essays, flash fiction, novels, and more than fifty articles of literature. He has received the Fray Vicente Solano and the Daryl R. Karns awards for his academic, creative and literary work.
