Ethiopia, a country where the education sector is struggling with shortage of qualified and well trained teaching force at all level, also using in- service teacher education as a means to curb this problem since 1958. This book, hence, presents a qualitative study of the trainees and teachers educators perception about the relevance and mode of professional courses in the current secondary in-service teacher education in Ethiopia.
