The book "In-service teacher training and the collaborative regime: the Articulated Action Plan (PAR) and municipal education management" presents some of the results of the research and master's thesis I defended at PPGECC/UERJ in 2016, under the supervision of Dr Sônia Regina Mendes dos Santos. The study investigated teacher training through the programmes established by the collaboration regime between the Federal Government and the federated entities from the perspective of their contribution to meeting local needs in the training policies developed in the municipalities.
