Tuberculosis is a disease caused by different strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This book covers, in silico approach that was used to comparing sequence of different strains of bacteria and for the identification evolutionary relationship among the different strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Today, a lot of bioinformatics tools are available which have an important role in analyzing large amount of genome data. Hence, this book mainly concentrates to throw light on various computational tools available for comparative genomic, phylogenetic and proteomic analysis of different Mycobacterial strains. The different bioinformatics approach used in the study was highlighted and provided information will become the source for many evolutionary and pathogenic studies for further drug development work.
