Autorenporträt
T.K. Pratt was born in Toronto in 1943. He holds a BA and MA from the University of Toronto, and a PhD from the University of London. In 2000, upon retiring after thirty years as a teacher of English literature and linguistics, he was invested as Professor Emeritus by the University of Prince Edward Island. He is the editor of the Dictionary of Prince Edward Island English (Toronto, 1988) and, with Scott Burke, Prince Edward Island Sayings (Toronto, 1998). He lives in the PEI countryside with his wife, Jennifer, and many cats.
