To escape his destiny as a future king, a young prince is driven into exile in the city. A cruel illusion, because as soon as he arrives, he is caught in the clutches of swindlers who specialize in robbing disoriented travelers. Left penniless and homeless, he has only the street to open his arms to. He lives by his wits but finds the strength to hold on because he has a project in mind: to bring his mother into the modern world. His good looks, his availability and his status as a Prince will make the street less terrible than his companions in misfortune. Then one day, he meets love. Unfortunately, it is when he thinks he has emerged that he crosses the path of hardened robbers, specializing in the most daring coups. An unwitting accomplice in one of their secret tricks, he is caught in the net of justice, which, after endless interludes, ends up condemning him to death, by shooting in the public square.
