She was born in 1995 in Denizli, a small city in Turkey. Inspired by an anime she watched in high school, she pursued a degree in Japanese at university. After graduating with honors, she began translating literary works from Japanese to Turkish. While she enjoyed being a translator, she longed to craft her own stories. This passion led her to start writing novels and stories, honing her skills as a writer. Now living in Germany with her husband, Burcu spends her free time learning German. Her biggest dream is to one day meet her favorite author, Sophie Kinsella.
