Autorenporträt
Molly Ho was born in Hong Kong and lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband and son. Molly's natural curiosity and love of beauty have carried her through moves to Kyoto, Chicago, and Saratoga, California. Molly believes simple routines-like walking and journaling-help us understand our true inner nature. She takes a daily walk as the sun rises, admiring colors and textures of trees and roadside flowers. The perseverance of nature amazes her: pebbles rounded by flowing water in a stream or a gnarled tree trunk showing signs of struggles with strong winds. Molly teaches Yin yoga with the intention of bringing physical, mental, and emotional well-being to others. She believes that people who feel good glow. When light shines, darkness recedes.
