This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite in surface disinfestation of M. oleifera seeds, evaluate different types of culture medium, concentrations of salts and sucrose on in vitro germination and analyze the induction of callus in segments of epicotyl of M. oleifera.
