The phage display system was used for studying the phage molecular constitutions,the protein profiles of the bacteriophage showed three major bands with a molecular weight mass of 47, 35 and 16 kD respectively, the band of 35 kDa was the common shared peak between the phage and the bacterial host due to the phage lytic cycle.
