We have all experienced emotions in our lives that we did not understand. Feelings of emptiness, emotional fatigue, fear of commitment, suicidal thoughts, loneliness, fear of rejection, shame mixed with humiliation, or emotional insecurity-each has touched us at some point, often without explanation. We felt them once, and perhaps we feel them more and more frequently, without really knowing why. Instead of letting these emotions pass through us and fade away, we hold onto them. We keep them buried inside, unaware that they conceal and obscure the emotional wounds we have yet to heal. I believe we hold onto these emotions because, in their own way, they are calls for help. So, what is your call for help? Whatever it may be, I wrote this book to let you know that your silent call has been heard. I address each of these emotions to help you articulate what you feel, so you can express, heal, and ultimately free yourself from them.
