Matti Lehtonen, DSc, is a Walter Ahlström Professor in Aalto University. He is a Member of the Editorial Board of the EPSR Journal. , Mohammad Jooshaki, PhD, is a Researcher in the School of Electrical Engineering at Aalto University. He is a member of the IEEE. He is part of the Iran Elites National Foundation. Moein Moeini-Aghtaie, PhD, is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Energy Engineering at Sharif University of Technology.
