At a tender age, Ellen Higgins got inspired by her missionaries back home in Liberia, Grand Bassa County, who used to help the less privileged family and church members in their church Calvary Chapel Liberia. Three years later, her missionaries travel to Canada along with some of her siblings, mom and stepdad in 2005. In 2009 & 2010 she became a stay at home, and she got impressed with the Canadian system by sharing and taking care of the low income families in their country, giving free food at the Food Bank. Ellen Higgins is a wife and mother of four children. She is originally from Bassa County, Liberia but came to Canada in March, 2005 where she was inspired by the Canadian government's system. She thought it wise to impart the same values in her country in order to bring change to Liberia.
