It is necessary to develop the population awareness of risk factors and preventive measures for these diseases.Prevention measures should be applied during childhood and puberty, and the significance of physical activity and healthy diet (no smoking and avoiding coffee and alcohol)should be continuously emphasized as the most efficient method for strong bones and muscles and optimal body weight.
